Our work begins on-site, immediately after a submerged artifact is discovered or excavated, with systematic documentation and registration procedures. When artifacts are to remain in situ, we deliver specialized underwater conservation services, supported by long-term site monitoring to ensure their continued preservation. Where recovery is necessary, our team is trained in the safe and controlled retrieval of underwater artifacts, adhering to best-practice standards. Following recovery, we continue to support survey and excavation activities by administering essential stabilization treatments. These first-aid measures are designed to preserve the integrity of artifacts until full conservation treatment can be carried out in a laboratory environment.
